al-Waahedu jalla jalaaluh Meaning: THE UNIQUE, THE ONE He who is single, absolutely without partner or equal in His essence, attributes, actions, names and decrees. He who has neither a father nor a mother nor a wife nor a son; He is neither begotten nor does He beget. He is alone to be adored. Related Verse From The Holy Koran: O People of the Book! commit no excesses in your religion: nor say of Allah aught but the truth. Christ Jesus the son of Mary was (no more than) A Messenger of Allah, and His Word, which He bestowed on Mary, and a Spirit proceeding from Him: so believe in Allah and His Messengers. Say not "Trinity": desist: it will be better for you: FOR ALLAH IS ONE GOD: GLORY BE TO HIM: (FAR EXALTED IS HE) ABOVE HAVING A SON. To Him belong all things in the heavens and on earth. And enough is Allah as a Disposer of affairs. (4:171)

al-Maajidu jalla jalaaluh Meaning: THE NOBLE, THE GLORIOUS He whose dignity and glory are most great, and whose enerosity and munificence are bountiful. Related Verse From The Holy Koran: She said: "Alas for me! shall I bear a child, seeing I am an old woman, and my husband here is an old man? That would indeed be a wonderful thing!" They said: "Dost thou wonder at Allah's decree? The grace of Allah and His blessings on you, O ye people of the house! for He is indeed worthy of all praise, FULL OF ALL GLORY !" (11:72-73)

al-Waajidu jalla jalaaluh Meaning: THE FINDER He who finds whatever He wishes whenever He wishes. Related Verse From The Holy Koran: Do then those who devise evil (plots) feel secure that Allah will not cause the earth to swallow them up, or that the Wrath will not seize them from directions they little perceive? OR THAT HE MAY NOT CALL THEM TO ACCOUNT IN THE MIDST OF THEIR GOINGS TO AND FRO, WITHOUT A CHANCE OF THEIR FRUSTRATING HIM? (16:45-46)

al-Muktederu jalla jalaaluh Meaning: THE ABLE, THE ALL-POWERFUL, THE OWNER OF ALL POWER 1- He who is able to do what He wills as He wills. 2- He who disposes at His will even of the strongest and mightiest of His creatures. Related Verse From The Holy Koran: Set forth to them the similitude of the life of this world: it is like the rain which We send down from the skies: the earth's vegetation absorbs it. But soon it becomes dry stubble, which the winds do scatter: IT IS (ONLY) ALLAH WHO PREVAILS OVER ALL THINGS. Wealth and sons are allurements of the life of this world; but the things that endure, Good Deeds, are best in the sight of thy Lord, as rewards, and best as (the foundation for) hopes. (18:45-46)

al-Qaaderu jalla jalaaluh Meaning: THE ABLE, THE ALL-POWERFUL He who is able to do what He wills as He wills, nothing is difficult to Him. Related Verse From The Holy Koran: "The same Who produces for you fire out of the green tree, when behold! ye kindle therewith (your own fires)! "IS NOT HE WHO CREATED THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH ABLE TO CREATE THE LIKE THEREOF? "YEA, INDEED! for He is the Creator Supreme of skill and knowledge (infinite)! Verily, when He intends a thing, His Command is, "Be", and it is! So glory to Him in Whose hands is the dominion of all things: and to Him will ye be all brought back. (36:80...83)

as-Samadu jalla jalaaluh Meaning: THE ETERNAL He who is free from all wants and physcial needs of living creatures necessary for performing their normal functions of life such as eating, drinking, breathing etc., and is also free from all defects, weakness, liabilities and other attributes of worldly creatures. He who is not in need of anything, any service, any duty, any worship from any being or creature for Himself; it is the entire universe and all the creatures living in it which need His commands, awards and blessings. Related Verse From The Holy Koran: He is Allah, the One. Allah, THE ETERNALLY BESOUGHT OF ALL. He begotten not nor was begotten. And there is non comparable unto him. (112:1-4)

al-Awwalu jalla jalaaluh Meaning: THE FIRST He whose existence has no beginning or a starting point, exist from eternity. He who is prior and superior to all things that have ever come into existence, all the things are from Him and at His will. al-Muakh'kheru jalla jalaaluh Meaning: THE DELAYER He who sets back or delays whatever He wills. Related Verse From The Holy Koran: We sent Noah to his People (with the Command): "Do thou warn thy people before there comes to them a grievous Penalty." He said: "O my People! I am to you a Warner, clear and open: "That ye should worship Allah, fear Him, and obey me: "So He may forgive you your sins and GIVE YOU RESPITE FOR A STATED TERM: for when the Term given by Allah is accomplished, it cannot be put forward: if ye only knew." al-Muqad-demu jalla jalaaluh Meaning: THE EXPEDITER He who brings forward whatever He wills. Related Verse From The Holy Koran: Then, when they came (back) into (Joseph's) presence they said: "O exalted one! distress has seized us and our family: we have (now) brought but scanty capital: so pay us full measure, (we pray thee), and treat it as charity to us: for Allah doth reward the charitable." He said: "Know ye how ye dealt with Joseph and his brother, not knowing (what ye were doing)?" They said: "Art thou indeed Joseph?" He said, "I am Joseph, and this is my brother: Allah has indeed been gracious to us (all): behold, he that is righteous and patient, never will Allah suffer the reward to be lost, of those who do right." They said: "By Allah! INDEED HAS ALLAH PREFERRED THEE ABOVE US, and we certainly have been guilty of sin!" He said: "This day let no reproach be (cast) on you: Allah will forgive you, and He is the Most Merciful of those who show mercy! (12:89...92)
